The Concept of EDC or Everyday Carry is something that has been a part of my life since long before I ever heard the term. Being a survival minded youth I always had a knife or three on me at all times. Another way of putting it was introduced to me by the author James Wesley Rawles. ATGATT or All the gear, all the time.
This is a design I created around 2004 and I carried the prototype for a number of years but at last check it is somewhere in Africa.
